Premier League: partnership between Manchester City and the 2017 edition "The Open" golf tournament

Manchester City FC (Premier League) have partnered with the British golf tournament "The Open", to be held from 16 to 23/07/2017 at the Royal Birkdale Club on 27/03/2017. Fans who purchase tickets for this tournament between 16/03 and 07/04/2017 with the promotional code "146^thOpenCity" on the Open website will be given a special cap. This offer is valid in the UK and Ireland, and applies to orders worth a minimum of £65 (€71). The course at Royal Birkdale is located 70 kilometers from the city of Manchester (ENG).

For the match against Liverpool FC (1-1 on 19/03/2017), the Spanish golfer José María Olazábal engaged in game challenges with the public at Etihad Stadium, and visited the club's facilities with his compatriot, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola. The Claret Jug trophy for the winner of "The Open" will be on display in the Manchester City main boutique.
