FC Barcelona to reach over a million subscribers on their official YouTube channel

FC Barcelona (Liga) are the first football club to reach one million subscribers on their official YouTube channel, the club announced on the 16/08/2013. The Spanish team has been present on the video sharing platform since the 06/02/2006, sharing audiovisual content, including highlights of matches, player interviews and short reports.

On FC Barcelona official channel, 5521 videos were viewed 180 million times on the 26/08/2013.

Real Madrid with 847,776 subscribers are the second football club on YouTube, Chelsea are third with 256,555 members on the 26/08/2013. Paris Saint-Germain are the first French club with 68,595 subscribers.
