Ligue 1: Bistro Regent (restaurants) becomes shirt sponsor of Bordeaux for away games until 2018-19

The chain of restaurants Bistro Regent has becomes a "main partner" and the primary shirt sponsor for away games, and back of the shirt sponsor for home games of FC Girondins de Bordeaux (Ligue 1), announced Marc Vanhove, the founder of the French company, on 31/01/2017. The contract runs until the end of the 2018-19 season.

"First, I'm from Bordeaux. We must add to this the possibility of having visibility for away games, which is interesting for our operations. In Bordeaux, we already have a box (at the stadium), but this time we becomes the club's main partner, and this is especially in the idea of combining the development of a Bordeaux brand and the development of the Bordeaux club. Although we hope for good results, this is not the main motivation," stated Marc Vanhove, on 31/03/2017.
