FIFA: Sepp Blatter expects the Executive Committee to approve the 2022 World Cup in Qatar in winter

"I would be very much surprised, more than surprised, if the Executive Committee will not accept the principle you cannot play in summer in Qatar," said Sepp Blatter, FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) President, on the 25/08/2013.
