Bundesliga: Hoffenheim first German club to announce a shirt sleeve sponsor, proWIN (2017-2019)

proWIN, a German company specialising in direct sales, has expanded its partnership to become the shirt sleeve sponsor TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (Bundesliga), on 03/04/2017. TSG Hoffenheim thus become the first German club to announce the signing of a sleeve sponsor. The DFL authorised the marketing of shirt sleeve individually by clubs from 2017-18, on 02/12/2015.

This contract, which will take effect from the 2017-18 season, extends "at least" until the end of the 2018-19 season, stated the club. The amount of the agreement may exceed €1m per season, according to German media. proWIN has been a "Business Team" partner of Hoffenheim since 2016-17.

proWIN gets visibility on the left sleeve of all the kits of the club (including game kits, warm-up gear, and training wear) of the first team and the U-23 team of TSG Hoffenheim, as well as visibility on certain other products of the club.

As part of this partnership extension, proWIN also gains more visibility on the LED advertising at the Rhein-Neckar Arena (30,150 capacity), as well as hospitality packages for TSG Hoffenheim home games. "The…
