Bundesliga: Tire manufacturer Hankook extends with Borussia Dortmund until 2014/15

South Korean tire manufacturer Hankook, has extended its partnership with Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) by two seasons, the club announced on the 27/08/2013. Both parties have been bound since the 2008/09 season. The new contract will run until the end of the 2014/15 season.

The agreement was brokered by marketing agency SportFive. The contract is estimated at €750,000 per season. Hankook will benefit from brand exposure during Borussia Dortmund's fixtures at Signal Iduna Park.

"Our presence in professional sports is an important part of our brand communication," said Cho Hyun June, Director General of the tire manufacturer for the German markets.
