Bundesliga: attendance for Matchday 27 of 2016-17, Dortmund - Hamburg draws 81,360 (sold out)

Matchday 27 of the 2016-17 Bundesliga season drew an average attendance of 38,094 spectators per game, for an average stadium fill rate of 91%, on 04 and 05/04/2017. The average attendance of the German league is currently 41,200 fans per game on the season (average fill rate: 93%).

Borussia Dortmund - Hamburger SV (3-0) recorded the highest attendance of the mid-week matchday, with 81,360 spectators at Signal Iduna Park (sold out). This is the eighth time in 13 league home games that Dortmund have sold out in 2016-17.

Four of the nine games of Matchday 27 drew more than 40,000 spectators, and eight games posted a fill rate above 80%.

  • The 18 Bundesliga clubs recorded an average attendance of 43,325 spectators per game in 2015-16.
    • Average stadium fill rate: 93%.
