Atlético Madrid: "Legendary Final" to say farewell to the Estadio Vicente Calderón on 28/05/2017

For its last game at the Estadio Vicente Calderón (54,900 capacity), Club Atlético de Madrid (LaLiga Santander) are organising a "Legendary Final" charity match for peace, between a team of players - former and current - of Atlético a selection of "legendary footballers," on Sunday 28/05/2017. Atlético Madrid will move to the Wanda Metropolitano (69,000 capacity) from the 2017-18 season, after 50 years at the Vicente Calderón.

This charity match has been organised in collaboration with Scholas Occurrentes, a global foundation which aims to promote peace among peoples through education. All profits from the game will be used for the betterment of disadvantaged children across the Scholas Occurrentes, a network that includes more than 446,000 schools and educational centres in 190 countries.
