Thiago Silva (PSG) brand ambassador of SkullCandy headphones until 2015/16

Thiago Silva, Brazilian international player (41 caps, 1 goal) and Paris Saint-Germain defender, has become ambassador for the American audio set brand SkullCandy, the company announced on the 28/08/2013. The three-year contract will run until the end of the 2015-16 season.

Thiago Silva will appear in SkullCandy's advertising campaigns in the media and on social networks. The company will also sell a customised headphone with the image of the player. The Brazilian defender is the first footballer sponsored by the brand. He joins NBA (National Basketball Association) basketball players Kevin Durant and James Harden, as international ambassador of SkullCandy.

"Not only is he arguably the world's best central defender, but his leadership and charisma on and off the pitch make him a natural fit for our brand," said Feliciano Robyana, marketing director of Skullcandy in Europe.
