Premier League: Chelsea offer football training course in Sardinia (ITA) to a youth in difficulty

Chelsea FC (Premier League) are offering a one-week stay in Sardinia (ITA) to a youth in difficulty, along with his family, as part of his "Make a Wish Come True" operation, launched on 06/04/2017.

In July 2017, the young winner will participate in an internship at the Chelsea football school located on this Italian island, with his family also benefiting from seven nights half board in a 5-star hotel. The course is run by former striker of the club, Norwegian Tore-Andre Flo.

To enter the contest, Chelsea FC fans must complete an online questionnaire explaining why the club should accept their application. Participants must be 16 years of age or younger.
