Ligue 1: SC Bastia stadium suspended as a precautionary measure, final decision on 04/05/2017

"In view of the gravity of the facts, the Disciplinary Commission decided to formally investigate the case further, and, as a precautionary measure, suspend games at the Stade Armand-Cesari and relocate SC Bastia's next home match to a neutral ground, which be played behind closed doors. Additionally, the visitor area will be closed to SC Bastia for its next away matches," the LFP announced on 20/04/2017.

This decision comes four days after the incidents between Bastia supporters and Lyon players on the pitch which led to the abandonment of SC Bastia - Olympique Lyonnais (Matchday 33 of Ligue 1) on Sunday, 16/04/2017. Before the match and at half-time, supporters and some stewards of the Corsican club attacked the players of OL.

The suspension and closure of the Stade Armand-Cesari will be effective from the SC Bastia - Stade Rennais game (Matchday 35 of Ligue 1), which will be played on a neutral ground (yet to be determined) and behind closed doors on Saturday, 29/04/2017 (kick-off at 20:00 CET).
