Eredivisie: partner Hublot (watchmaker) extends with Ajax Amsterdam until 2019-20

The Swiss watchmaker Hublot, the official timekeeper of AFC Ajax (Eredivisie) since 14/10/2011, has extended its partnership with the Amsterdam club, on 14/04/2017. The contract, which was set to end at the end of the 2016-17 season, has been extended by three additional years, until the end of the 2019-20 season. This is a third level partnership in the club's sponsorship hierarchy.

As part of this partnership, Ajax are also extending its cooperation with Schaap & Citroen Jewelers, the exclusive and official retailer of Hublot watches in the Netherlands since 2010. "Over the years the Timekeeper Ship with Ajax has provided overwhelming success in branding. This has meant that we are ready to take the next step with Hublot. We are currently looking at several locations in Amsterdam for a monobrand store Hublot," said Mark van Nieuwkerk, CEO of Schaap & Citroen Jewelers, 14/04/2017.
