Media: Aston Villa FC partner with online video management company Base79

Aston Villa FC (Premier League) have partnered with English online video rights management company Base79, corroborating sources announced on the 29/08/2013.

The company will optimise and manage the Birmingham club's YouTube channel, and help the club maximise revenues from online content through international and local advertising sales. Base79 will also manage the club's programming strategy, to create innovative content.

Base79's partners include the FA (Football Association), the FFF (French Football Federation), IMG media agency and WTA (Women's Tennis Association, Association of professional tennis players).
