Premier League: attendance for Matchday 36 of 2016-17, Arsenal - Man United draws 60,055 fans

The 10 games of Matchday 36 of the 2016-17 Premier League drew an average attendance of 37,263 spectators per game, with an average stadium fill rate of 97%, from 05 to 08/05/2017. The average attendance of the English top division is currently 35,812 spectators per game on the season (average fill rate: 96%).

Arsenal - Manchester United (2-0) posted the best mark of the weekend, with 60,055 spectators at the Emirates Stadium (60,260 capacity, fill rate: 99.6% ). This is the best crowd for an Arsenal league home game in 2016-17.

Four games drew more than 50,000 spectators during Matchday 36, and seven of 10 games had a fill rate of at least 97%.

  • The 20 Premier League clubs recorded an average of 36,409 spectators per game in 2015-16.
