Sport and Sustainability International (SandSi): inaugural congress at INSEP in Paris on 23/05/2017

The inaugural congress of Sport and Sustainability International (SandSi) will be held at INSEP in Paris (FRA) on Tuesday, 23/05/2017, from 08:15 to 18:00. Registrations, which is free but mandatory, can be sent to the email address info@sandsi.org. The conference will be held in both French and English, with a simultaneous translation system.

"Sport and Sustainability International (SandSi) is a new association bringing together people from all walks of life, sporting and non-sporting alike, who share a deep desire to put sport at the service of nature and people, and sustainable development of our societies, both in the present and in the future," said the association.

The congress will be chaired by Neil Beecroft, the former sustainable development manager of UEFA and Euro 2016, and assisted by Didier Lehénaff, president of SVPlanet. Its founding director is Allen Hershkowitz, former president of the American NGO Green Sports Alliance.
