"Our partnerships with UEFA and FIFA will allow us to gain four to five years of commercial activity. The sponsorship of major sporting events is an accelerator of visibility, reputation, and sales for a brand," said Damien Neymarc, head of marketing of Hisense France, to News Tank Football on 26/05/2017.

The Chinese electronics group, number 3 in the world in the television market, became an official sponsor of the 2018 World Cup in Russia on 06/04/2017. Hisense initiated its sponsorship of international football competitions as a global sponsor of Euro 2016, becoming the first Chinese partner in the history of a UEFA competition.

The French subsidiary of Hisense, which managed the communications and activations components of the partnership with Euro 2016, draws a very positive assessment of the event. "The opportunity for Euro 2016 was to be able to highlight not only Hisense televisions, but also our phones and refrigerators.
