Bundesliga: AOK health insurance fund to partner with Werder Bremen until 2014/15

AOK health insurance fund has become partner of Werder Bremen (Bundesliga), the club announced on the 05/09/2013. Both parties are bound until the end of the 2014/15 season.

Under the agreement, AOK will pay an estimated € 300,000 annual allocation, to become the official healthcare partner of the German club. Special offers on insurance plans will be launched for Werder fans.

"The thrust of our cooperation with Werder Bremen is clear: we want to strengthen our commitment to the sport to encourage people to exercise more and eat a healthier diet", said Olaf Woggan, CEO of AOK.
