Liga: United Arab Bank (UAE) to sponsor FC Barcelona until 2015/16

United Arab Bank, Bank of the United Arab Emirates, has become FC Barcelona's (Liga) sponsor until 2015/16, the club announced on the 09/09/2013. The three-year agreement will expire in July 2016.

The partnership with the Catalan club is the UAE bank's first commitment in sport. It will use the image of the club and its players for their campaigns. It will also propose special offers to FCB fans in the Persian Gulf.

"We have chosen the UAB for many reasons. These include its capacity for growth, the fastest in the UAE, and the enthusiasm it puts into its projects. Our Club and our members share the same philosophy and passion for football," said Javier Faus, vice president of FC Barcelona.
