UEFA: receives 14 bids to host UEFA club competition finals in 2019

UEFA has received a total of 14 bid dossiers from ten member associations at the deadline of 06/06/2017 for the organisation of the four 2019 club competition finals: UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Women's Champions League, and the UEFA Super Cup.

2019 will be the first year in which the Europa League, the Women's Champions League, and the Champions League will be organised in the same week. "This change aims to ensure the final of the Europa League takes place after the conclusion of the domestic seasons," said UEFA on 04/04/2017.

"The UEFA executive committee will select the successful host associations on 21/07/2017," added the European football governing body.
