Video Gaming: Cristiano Ronaldo (POR, Real Madrid) to be on the cover of the FIFA 18 video game

Cristiano Ronaldo, the Real Madrid CF striker (LaLiga Santander), will appear on the cover of the FIFA 18 video game, announced the editor of the EA Sports game on 05/06/2017. The Portuguese international was named as the ambassador of the EA Sports franchise for the FIFA 18 game for the first time, whose global release date is scheduled on 29/09/2017.

Available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360, the game includes Cristiano Ronaldo's data to provide accuracy of the Portuguese player's movements after his movements were recorded at the EA Capture studio in Madrid in early 2017. "His data also informed important gameplay elements including fluidity, player responsiveness, and explosiveness," said EA Sports.

"His passion, energy, and enthusiasm would make him the ideal ambassador for FIFA 18 around the world," said Aaron McHardy, senior producer of EA Sports FIFA.
