Nike presents "Nike Ordem V", the ball for the 2017-18 Premier League, LaLiga Santander, and Italy

The American-based sports equipment manufacturing company Nike, has presented the "Nike Ordem V", the official ball for the 2017-18 Premier League, LaLiga Santander, Serie A TIM, and TIM Cup, on 01 and 05/06/2017.

This ball, who's main colour would be white and its secondary colours to differ according to the country, will be used from the first day of the 2017-18 season, for each league, scheduled on the weekend of 12 (Premier League), 20 (Serie A TIM), and 21/08/2017 (LaLiga Santander).

"Football is becoming ever faster, and the Ordem V is designed to keep pace with this. Its distorted motion graphic flickers as the ball rotates, helping players catch sight of the ball quicker and so make rapid decisions as they react to the game around them," said the Premier League on 01/06/2017.

Nike has been the official supplier to the Premier League since the 2000-01 season, LaLiga Santander since the 1996-97 season, and the Lega Serie A since the 2007-08 season. The three leagues will be partnered to the American sports equipment manufacturer until 2019.
