UEFA: launches tender for licensing rights to Euro 2020 and other tournaments in 2019-2022

UEFA has launched the tender document to the Euro 2020 licensing rights and other international competitions for the 2019-2022 period, announced the European football governing body on 19/06/2017.

Other competitions that will accept bids are:
• 2019 and 2021 editions of UEFA Nations League;
• the 2019 and 2021 editions of the U21 European Championship;
• Women's Euro 2021;
• Futsal Euro 2022.

The Swiss agency CAA Eleven will manage the centralised commercialisation of the audiovisual and commercial rights to the international competitions organised by UEFA from 01/10/2012 until 2022.

Interested parties may register by requesting CAA Eleven for the registration of interest form at MasterLicenseeITT@caa11.com, and submitting it before 12:00 CET, on 03/07/2017.

  • The US agency IMG was the main rights holder for Euro 2016.
