DFL: Bernd Schusky (GER) appointed Head of Brand Communications as of July 2017

Bernd Schusky (GER), 38 years old, has been appointed as the head of brand communications for the DFL, announced the German League on 22/06/2017. This appointment is effective from July 2017. Bernd Schusky will be directly under the authority of Christian Pfennig, the director of corporate and brand communications and member of the DFL Executive Committee.

Bernd Schusky was previously senior manager in charge of communications for FIFA since March 2016. Before founding his start-up specialising in social media keebits AG in 2014, Bernd Schusky climbed the ranks within the brand strategy consulting agency MetaDesign AG, which he joined in 2005 and finished as client manager from 2011 to 2013.
