Bundesliga: Bayer 04 Leverkusen to install 12 seats in front of each luxury box at the BayArena

Bayer 04 Leverkusen (Bundesliga) will be renovating the southern stand of the BayArena (30,200 capacity) during the 2017 off-season. The luxury boxes, fully glassed until the end of the 2016-17 season, will have 12 seats installed in front of each of them.

The BayArena currently has 26 boxes which can accommodate 370 spectators. The cost of the renovation of the southern stand, located behind one of the two goals, is estimated at €2m by the German media. "The new open system with the terraces will make guests feel more comfortable," said Jochen A. Rotthaus, marketing and communications director of Bayer 04 Leverkusen.
