Victoriano Melero (FRA), the deputy managing director of FFF and the cabinet director of president Noël Le Graët, has left the French Federation to become the secretary general of Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Conforama), as of end of August 2017, confirmed Victoriano Melero himself to News Tank Football on 29/06/2017.

"This is a newly created job position. My responsibilities will partly correspond to what I did at the French Federation, namely public affairs, relations with government authorities, as well as with national and international bodies. Additionally, there will be legal affairs, and the lawyers of the club will be working directly with me," said Victoriano Melero, 48 years old.

"Working for a club is always exciting. After discussions with Jean-Claude Blanc (deputy CEO of PSG), I wanted to join the new phase of the PSG project. After four years at the FFF, this will be an interesting opportunity and a new challenge," stated the lawyer by profession and supporter of PSG to News Tank Fooball. Melero will be functioning directly under the leadership of Jean-Claude Blanc.
