Sky Deutschland: cumulative TV audience of 111.89 million subscribers for the 2016-17 Bundesliga

The nine games of each of the 34 matchdays of the 2016-17 Bundesliga together averaged 3.29 million subscribers on the channels of the pay-TV group Sky Deutschland, according to data from the German audience measurement institutes AGF and GfK. This amounts to a cumulative total of 111.89 million viewers for the 306 games of the season on Sky Deutschland channels.

FC Bayern Munich dominate the ranking of TV audiences, with a total of 26.95 million Sky Deutschland subscribers (12% of the Bundesliga total) tuned into domestic league matches of the Bavarian club since 26/08/2016, the opening day of the 2016-17 Bundesliga season. This cumulative TV audience is more than 7 million subscribers and 36.6% more than the second team in Germany, Borussia Dortmund (19.7 million cumulative subscribers on the season).
