LaLiga Santander: RCD Espanyol signs partnership with Aramark (catering)

"RCD Espanyol (LaLiga Santander) and Aramark (American company specialised in catering) have today formalised an agreement which has made the company, a world leader in the field of sports event catering, a new club partner for the next 15 years," announced the club on 19/06/2017.

This agreement will focus on four areas: fixed points of sale inside the stadium (thematic areas), events, the VIP zone (new restaurant), and the fan zone outside ('food trucks' and multiple restoration points inspired by different atmospheres and international cuisines)," explained Ramón Robert, the CEO of RCD Espanyol. "The club and Aramark will also jointly develop a mobile app that will allow fans to place orders for drinks and meals before and during club matches at RCDE Stadium (25,537 capacity), without having to move from your seats," added the club.

"Espanyol fans will now be able to enjoy our services on matchdays, it will be available well before the referee blows the whistle for kick-off, and well after the 90 minutes," said Ramón Robert.
