Sportradar will distribute the French Ligue 1, Ligue 2 and League Cup to betting operators

Swiss company Sportradar, supplier of sports and betting-related data to media and betting operators, has acquired the distribution rights to more than 500 sporting events, on the 13/09/2013.

Competitions will be live broadcast on Channel Live, a white product distributed by Betradar, subsidiary of Sportradar, in sports betting facilities (bookmakers, casinos). The TV channel, available only in these institutions, will offer live odds, statistics as well as live sports. Launched in the summer of 2013, it is now distributed in hundreds of sports betting facilities around the world.

The acquisition was brokered through international media rights agency MP & Silva. The contract includes 125 games of the 2013-14 season of Ligue 1, Ligue 2, the League Cup and the MLS (Major League Soccer, the North American professional league). The duration of the contract was not disclosed.

Toulouse FC - Olympique Marseille (1-1, 5th day of Ligue 1) is the first meeting of the championship of France Live broadcast on Live Channel.
