Sky Italia: redesign of "NowTV Sport" offers in Italy, "Now TV Calcio" stops its offers

Sky Italia has redesinged its "NowTV Sport" offer with a less expensive one-day subscription (€6.99) and a one week subscription (€10.99), on 03/07/2017. The monthly offer remains at the same price of €29.99. The "Now TV Calcio" offer will no longer exist, as the broadcast of Serie A TIM and Serie B ConTe.it matches is now included in all offers. In addition, with this overhaul, subscriptions will not be renewed automatically.

Launched by British pay-TV group Sky in the UK in 2012, NowTV will allow the user to watch, on demand, and via a monthly subscription without other commitment, a selection of entertainment programmes, movies, or sports content broadcast by Sky channels.

Sky Italia had launched the NowTV OTT service in Italy only for entertainment and TV series (see below) on 20/04/2017. Now TV's offers have been available in Italy in some form via the NowTV boxes since May 2015.
