Belgium: Gérard Linard, 74 years old, elected to the presidency of the Federation (URBSFA)

"Gérard Linard was elected president of the URBSFA on Saturday, 24/06/2017. During the vote, Gérard Linard won with a clear majority (14-8) against the other candidate for the presidency, Gilbert Timmermans. His (Linard) two-year term takes effect immediately," said the governing body of Belgian football on 24/06/2017.
