Women's Euro 2017 (16/07 - 06/08/2017): broadcast free-to-air in all European Top 5 countries

The UEFA Women's Euro 2017 tournament, held in the Netherlands from 16/07 to 06/08/2017, will be broadcast free-to-air on TV in all of the European Top 5 countries (Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and France), with all Top 5 national teams taking part in the competition (England and Scotland for the United Kingdom).

• In Spain, the public broadcasting group Radio Television Espanola (RTVE) will broadcast 17 matches on its free sports TV channel Teledeporte, including the opening match Netherlands - Norway (1-0), on Sunday 16/07/2017 (in Utrecht), as well as all the group stage matches of the Spanish national team, the quarter-finals, the semi-finals, and the final.

• In the United Kingdom, the public broadcasting group Channel Four Television Corporation will broadcast the matches of the English and Scottish national teams on its free-TV channels Channel 4 and More 4. Channel 4 will also broadcast at least one quarter-final, one semi-final, and the final.

• In Germany, where the national team is the reigning European champions, the public channels ZDF and ARD will share…
