Hertha BSC (Bundesliga) have created a subsidiary dedicated to their new stadium project "Hertha BSC Stadion GmbH", announced the German club on 07/07/2017. This subsidiary, wholly-owned by the club, will be headed by Klaus Teichert, appointed managing director of the new entity.
