Formula E: Allianz extends partnership and continues naming rights to the fan-zone, until 2021-22

Allianz, the German insurance company, will be continue its partnership with the electric car world circuit FIA Formula E, and will continue its naming rights to the fan-zone, theVillage, on 21/07/2017. This partnership, in the second level of the sponsorship hierarchy of Formula E, will extend over five years, until the end of the 2021-22 season. Allianz became a partner of Formula E on 27/02/2017, without the duration of the deal being communicated at the time of signature.

As part of this extension, Allianz will gain visibility on the Formula E cars and will retain its visibility during the "Roborace", the first series of electric races without a driver, with the Allianz logo affixed to the "Robocar", the autonomous electric car designed by the German designer Daniel Simon. The "Roborace" has been held upstream of the Formula E races since 01/04/2017.
