Deloitte: €4.87bn in revenue for Premier League clubs in 2015-16 (+9%)

The 20 Premier League clubs totaled a cumulative €4.87bn in revenue in 2015-16, an increase of 9% compared to 2014-15. The 18 Bundesliga clubs accumulated €2.71bn in revenue, with the Liga BBVA completing the podium with €2.44bn accumulated by its 20 clubs in 2015-16, according to the 2017 edition of the "Annual Review of Football Finance", carried out by the UK office of the audit and consulting firm Deloitte and published on 11/07/2017.

The average revenue per club was €243m in the Premier League in 2015-16. This amount is much higher than the average revenue of the Bundesliga clubs (€151m), the second place league in average financial terms, and much higher than the average revenue of Ligue 1 clubs (€74m), last among the European Top 5 leagues.
