Ligue 1 Conforama: attendance for Matchday 1 of 2017-18, Marseille - Dijon draws 50,904 spectators

Matchday 1 of the 2017-18 Ligue 1 Conforama season drew an average attendance of 25,817 spectators per game, from 04 to 06/08/2017. The average stadium fill rate was 71%. The 20 Ligue 1 clubs had an average of 21,208 spectators per game in 2016-17, for a fill rate of 68%.

Olympique de Marseille - Dijon FCO (3-0), the closing match of the first matchday, drew the best crowd of the weekend, with 50,904 spectators at the Orange Vélodrome (capacity: 66,508, so a fill rate of 77%).

Only one match drew fewer than 10,000 spectators: ESTAC Troyes - Stade Rennais (1-1) at the Stade de l'Aube (capacity: 20,136), which drew 9,968 spectators for the game.
