FIFA: Palestine and Israel to meet to discuss free movement of players, on the 23/09/2013

IFA (Israeli Football Federation) and PFA (Palestinian Football Federation) should participate in a joint meeting at the headquarters of FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) in Zurich (Switzerland), on the 23/09/2013.

As agreed at the Israel-Palestine Task Force, held on the 03/09/2013, the representatives of the two federations will discuss how to to facilitate the movement of persons and goods for football purposes, inside and outside of Palestine. Avi Luzon, president of the IFA, and Jibril Al Rajoub, president of the PFA, are due to participate in this meeting. They will be accompanied by representatives of FIFA, AFC (Asian Football Confederation, to which is affiliated Palestine) and UEFA (Union of European Football Associations, to which depends Israel).

A first report will be presented to FIFA's executive committee on the 03 and 04/10/2013 in Zurich.
