Argentina: River Plate offer their fans to appear in the new part of the museum

River Plate have offered their fans since the 18/09/2013, to appear in the new part of the museum devoted entirely to the club shirts. The club from Buenos Aires (ARG) ask their fans to post on Facebook and Twitter, pictures of themselves wearing the River Plate shirt, regardless of time or place.

The shirts displayed in this area were collected through donations from fans and collectors. In September 2012, River Plate had offered them to donate their shirts to present them in the museum. A jury then selected the most interesting pieces. Each donor received the 2012/13 kit and his name will be on the left side of the shirt given to the club.

"Our intention is not only to recover the club's history, but also to connect with fans around the world. We want to hear the stories that go with these shirts," said Manuel Diaz Ramos, president of the museum. The opening date of this new part of the museum has not been disclosed yet.
