Matchday 3 of the 2017-18 Ligue 1 Conforama season drew an average of 27,972 spectators per game, from 18 to 20/08/2017. The average stadium fill rate was 70%.

Olympique de Marseille - Angers SCO (1-1), on Sunday 20/08/2017 (kick-off at 17:00 CET), drew the best crowd of the weekend, with 51,966 spectators at the Orange Velodrome (commercial capacity: 66,508, for a fill rate of 78%).

Only two games drew less than 15,000 spectators: ESTAC Troyes - FC Nantes (0-1) at the Stade de l'Aube (capacity: 20,136) and Montpellier HSC - RC Strasbourg Alsace at the Stade de la Mosson (capacity: 32,900).

The average attendance of the French championship is currently 24,546 spectators per game on the season, for an average stadium fill rate of 71%. The 20 clubs in Ligue 1 had an average of 21,208 spectators per game in 2016-17, for an average fill rate of 68%.
