FIFA: Bank of America becomes the fifth official sponsor of the 2026 World Cup

The American banking group Bank of America has become an official sponsor of the 2026 World Cup The XXIII edition of the World Cup will be held in the United States, Mexico and Canada (Concacaf zone).

As an official sponsor, Bank of America - "FIFA's first-ever global sponsor in the banking category" - will join four other companies as a second-level partner in the competition's sponsorship hierarchy (behind the "FIFA partners"):

• The service provider will propose offers for individual matches or in the form of packages "allowing them to attend several matches in one or more cities, during a particular tournament stage, or to follow a specific national team," said On Location, which is also in charge of the hospitality programmes for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026 and Los Angeles 2028.

• The 2026 World Cup will be played in 16 host cities (11 cities in the United States, 3 in Mexico and 2 in Canada). Five of these cities have already hosted the Super Bowl Final championship game of the NFL. The 50th edition will be played at Levi's Stadium (68,500 seats) in Santa Clara (California, near San Francisco, USA) on 02/07/2016. , for which On Location is also the hospitality provider.

• The packages offered by On Location, which will also include non-matchday experiences, will be marketed "in late 2024" via FIFA's dedicated platform and authorised resellers.
